some issues with service quality
good locationrude stafffront desk
the location was acceptable it was near places i wanted to visit.
the front desk staff member pierre was rude i found it unprofessional when he chased me down the street for a small extra payment without verifying my checkout date he damaged the hotel's image.

unresolved issuespoor check-in
the check-in process was not smooth. my room wasn't initially ready when i arrived. later, i discovered the television was not working and the closet light was also out. despite reporting these issues on my first day, they remained unresolved even at check-out. i heard a simple 'je suis désolé' at the end.
